IQ Student Accommodation – Troy group specialise in hotel & student accommodation.
We were asked to survey a basement storage area with ideas of converting into a student games room, study space & general common room. The client was keen to keep the ceilings & walls bare making sure that the existing ductwork was all on show. We set about installing surface mounted metallic conduit, utilising metal clad faceplate accessories & light fittings of a distinctive style to ensure that the industrial look was captured perfectly.
