We were the electrical contractor selected to undertake the high-end installation of their HQ building in Suffolk in the summer of 2019. We worked closely with the client to deliver the Mechanical & Electrical package on time & more importantly on budget. We helped achieve this by value engineering products such as the architectural lighting & offering up specification equivalent fittings at a more competitive price. 

• We undertook the MEP (mechanical & electrical package) for the south spec building.
• Project value £500,000
• We supplied labour & materials for a full electrical installation to the new build industrial unit. This included electrical containment such as cable tray, cable basket & metallic conduit.
• Installation of architectural lighting throughout the office & staff amenities areas.
• Electric car charging was installed to the car parking spaces. 
• Our engineers carefully designed the distribution equipment layout required within the parameters.
• Aspects included, small power, lighting, data, fire alarm, intruder alarm.
