We were recommended to Fleur Homes & as a result we were delighted to have the opportunity to tender for the electrical installation to 12 new homes in Brancaster Staithe.  We price meticulously, starting right from the bottom including every nut & bolt as opposed to using square ft cost calculators & in doing so we can be super confident that our costs will be competitive. This approach also helps build a really good working relationship as we can offer the client transparency with our costs.

We kept labour on site continuously as the new build site developed & our engineers were successful in delivering the high-end finish expected in these bespoke built homes. This has since been realised in repeat business at two other new build sites which we are currently working on. 

We undertook the electrical project; 1st fix wiring to new build plots and second fixing including specification wiring accessories & distribution equipment.
