Since starting Stanton & Stubbs Electrical Contractors, we are proud to say that we have been involved in many office fit out/refurbishment projects. Its difficult to showcase all of them but here are a few that we have been involved in over the last few years. 

It’s great to work with clients closely & understand exactly what they require electrically to increase the utilisation of their individual workspaces, whatever that might be! Installation of power poles or containment supplying floor boxes is a great way to achieve power to desks that are freestanding in the room.

Quite often it involves designing the lighting to ensure that correct LUX levels are met & for desk areas and reception areas where screens are frequent, lighting should never be so harsh as to cause glare. In commercial offices spaces, emergency lighting always needs to be considered carefully too so it is important that the contractor you choose is fully up to date & can certify to current code of practice (BS 5266-1).
